OPEN HOUSES – ROUND #1
The Jackson County Commuter Corridors Alternatives Analysis study team hosted the project's first open house from 4–7 p.m. on Sept. 27, 2011, at the Independence Regional Ennovation Center (201 N. Forest Ave., Independence, Mo.). The meeting discussed future transit options being evaluated to address transportation needs along the I-70 and Rock Island corridors. Formal presentations took place at 4:30 and 5:30 p.m.
